Yes, the Conference only offers 2 Day tickets, no 1 Day tickets are available for registration.
 
Yes, the Networking Drinks function on Thursday 12 June 2025 is included in your ticket purchase. The function will be hosted at the conference venue, the Shangri-La Cairns and included complimentary beverages and canapes.
Yes, conference organisers have arranged for a discounted delegate rate for the Shangri La Cairns. All bookings are to be made directly with the venue, the conference organisers take no responsibility for delegate accommodation bookings and we request all bookings are made directly with the hotel.
Cancellation of tickets will be accepted in writing only to conference organisers via email at conference@clinicalsupervision.org.au Refunds will be provided to delegates who have submitted their cancellation advice via email 30 days prior to the event.
No, all cancellations must be made prior to 30 days of the event date. Any cancellations received within 30 days of the event date are charged at a 100% cancellation fee.
 
The organisation host is not required to charge GST to delegates. No GST is required for payment in the ticket fee.
No, all payments must be made via credit/debit card through the Eventbrite booking page. If your employer is paying for your ticket, you will need to seek reimbursement for the payment and conference organisers can provide a paid invoice/receipt should you require.
Yes, all delegates will receive a paid invoice post event along with a certificate of attendance. All delegates will receive a paid invoice after the event is held on 12/13 June 2025.
